NETFLIX:

Cuties (Mignonnes); drama/comedy: Amy, an 11-year-old girl, joins a group of dancers named "the Cuties" at school, and rapidly grows aware of her burgeoning femininity—upsetting her mother and her values in the process.

An Easy Girl (Une fille facile); comedy/drama: Naima is 16 and lives in Cannes. She has given herself the summer to choose what she wants to do with her life. Then her cousin Sofia, with her alluring lifestyle, arrives to spend the holidays with her.

Funan; amination/drama: By trying to find Sovanh, her 4 year-old son, snatched from his family by the Khmer Rouge, Chou is interned in a work camp. Despite the very hard living conditions Chou is ready to do anything to reunite her family once again.

Olmo and the Seagull (Olmo et la mouette); documentary: A poetic and existential dive into an actress's mind during the nine months of her pregnancy as she must confront her most fiery inner demons while trying to rewrite a new philosophy of life, identity and love.

Brother (Mon frère); drama: Because he wanted to protect his little brother from a violent father, Teddy is accused of the murder of his father and is sent to a closed educational center, waiting for his trial. He then plunges into a brutal universe of which he does not know the rules.

Portrait of a Lady on Fire; drama/LGBTQ+: On an isolated island in Brittany at the end of the eighteenth century, a female painter is obliged to paint a wedding portrait of a young woman.

AMAZON PRIME:

He Loves Me...He Loves Me Not (À la folie...pas du tout); psychological romance: A young woman who is in love with a married doctor becomes dangerous when her attempts to persuade him to leave his wife are unsuccessful. However, when things are seen from his point of view, the real situation becomes clear.
